  So i called this morning to ask a question on when will the upack trailer would arrive reason for the call was i was told i can call in the morning and they would tell me more of an exact time when the trailer would arrive. The gentlemen yesterday was great answered my questions and helped me out. The men today when i called around 7am tells me between 8 and 12 then i said that i was asked to call and they would tell me more of an exact time so he then tells me with a condescending tone OK between 8 and 11, im like really. He tells me they are loading the trucks and untill they are done he wouldn't know i said fine when can i call to find out then? He says to call after 8am. This is absolutely rude and unprofessional and yes i understand is early but im paying for a service of a upack trailer to be dropped off and im a customer asking a question. All you have to do is answer a question and let me know when to call or can i call back at a better time instead of being rude. Thank you for the bad experience and i havent even recieved delivery of the upack yet.

  The hidden gem of packing and moving. I had a great experience (and cheap!) moving from Long Island to Nashville thanks to these guys.   We rented a container to move several states away. This was a very smooth and easy process. They are very helpful and friendly. When we received our stuff at the new place, everything was exactly how we packed it- nothing shifted much during the long drive.

  This is a very easy to use service. Cubes arrived on time and were delivered on time. No hassle to change the order if necessary.They even include a web-tool to help you update your address at major institutions

  U-Pack did my move a little bit less stressful. I ordered couple of relocubes, used only one of them and was charged only for one. Delivery to my former apartment and to new one was timely. It is convenient to be able to load and unload in your own pace. And whole experience was reasonably priced, compared to other quotes I've got.
