  Katlyn was great. She responded promptly to all my question. I think the credit union offers very competitive auto loan rates. I used digital banking and it was super easy.

  Customer Service Rep Gregory H. went above and beyond to help me learn how to open a business account. I called in to ask about why a transaction failed, and when learning I need to set up a separate account he provided me with all the resources I need to register with the city and a checklist and steps to open an account online. He emailed me the right links and files directly on the call so now I have everything I need. And was extremely friendly. Thank you Gregory!

  Kayla Eagle at the credit union came through for me. I explained my situation and she was able to assist me right away. Would also like to thank her for her patience as I couldn't quite decide on which vehicle to get. Thanks for working with me. I will most definitely be back for future loans.

  Melissa was a huge help with my needs. Everything was done through email and phone , making this very convenient so I did not have to take any time off work. Every one at U of I Credit Union has been wonderful. Highly recommend. Thank you again for making this process so easy

  My experience with the U Of I Community Credit Union has been the best i have had anywhere. Kaitlyn was very helpful with all the questions i had with my entire loan process and was fast and efficient. I was very impressed with the way Kaitlyn did her job and cared for me as a customer. I would highly recommend doing business with the UICCU.
