  To busy washing a truck to greet customers. Walked inside and they were no help either. Dropped the trailer and left. See pictures attached.

  The customer service was horrible and the guy who put our trailer on didn’t do it right and the trailer almost fell off in the middle of the interstate. When I pulled over, the trailer wasn’t even connected to the car

  When the manager Rand although over weight and barely able to do his job, can’t tell the difference between and 1/8 of a tank and a 1/4 of a tank you’ll get charged EVERYTIME!!! They are scheming at this facility and charge you for gas you returned by not starting truck and taking pictures when the truck is off. Don’t go through the hassle! Use Budget/Penske they don’t scam customers.

  They stay pretty busy, but it can be a real pain getting what you need or any sort of service handled efficiently. Nice staff.

  Friendly helpful staff, rental equipment was in great shape. Easy Quick return. Only negative is that even with a reservation, picking up a trailer took about 40 minutes due to the volume of customers on Saturday morning. Rating should be 4.5 stars.
