  Nuce guys at counter; truck wasn't available so they upgraded mine right away.

  Rude. Argumentative. Tried to confirm my reservation, even though it wasn't where I wanted it, and was berated about how they were the only ones with the truck and he didn't care if I had to walk there to pick it up. Tried a few times to confirm a pickup before I gave up because I was getting nowhere. Filed a complaint with corporate, asking them to review the disaster of a phone call. I've rented from Uhaul three times this past year and have never experienced anything quite like this. Cancelled reservation.
