  Had a 8 am pick up but when I arrived He store was closed. I called and the owner said he will have his son open the store in a few minutes... hours later the store was closed and I had no truck there rent

  Misleading info about 'actual' cost of the truck rental. Owner said it would be about $40, (which includes, the $19.95 + about $20 extra for the insurance, taxes etc.,). I ended up getting charged just a bit shy of $70 instead. Wished he was more honest and/or realistic about the cost of the rental, so I would have been aware of how much it would be. The truck also had empty water bottles, about 5 or 6, that I had to clean & dispose of, this didn't bother me really though compared to being charged $70 instead of the supposed $40ish one I was told it was going to be 😕

  I wish I could give less then one star... made a reservation for a 15 passanager van, told the owner scott I would be there at 5:30 pm to pick it up and when I got there the van was gone... rented to someone else... solution... none... excuse.. he f'd up. go somewhere else!

  I rented a motorcycle trailer, brought my motorcycle home, and immediately crashed breaking my collarbone. The owner was sympathetic and very helpful. He took care of me quickly and got me on my way so I could deal with other things. I would definitely rent from this location again.

  If you have a wife, dont let her go in alone! Total RUDE PIG that almost got himself hurt. Pay extra to go further. This guy NEEDS TO BE PUT DOWN!
