  Terrible service. I brought in the minivan to get a trailer hitch installed. They took the van and 2 hours later called to tell me they didn't have the right hardware to install it. I had made the appointment about two weeks prior and they had taken down the make, model and year of the vehicle. So I had to return and pick up the car. They said the correct parts would arrive in a few days and they would call. After a week of not hearing from them I called and was told another day or two. Another week went by and still no call so I called and still no parts. A third week went by and I called - finally the parts were in and I made an appointment. I brought the car in and the woman at the desk asked if I was waiting for it. I responded yes and I would go next door with the kids to have lunch. She said it would not be very long. After 90 minutes at Taco Bell I returned only to find the car still on the lift. I was told they installed it, and then decided the under-carriage was too rusted so they were removing it. After two hours I left with no hitch.

  Poor customer service. There were no customers in the store, while I sat in front of the propane filling station for over ten minutes. In that time an employee came out saw me waiting and did nothing. I tried calling the store to get someone outside and was informed by corporate customer service that their phones were being forwarded. I them went inside and was told they couldn't fill propane tanks today. How about a sign at the filling station telling your customers? How about telling me while I'm out there? I won't be going back.
