  Lots of trucks and trailers, very little merchandisr. Never enough parking, understaffed. Takes 15-20 minutes to see a counter representative.

  Reserved equipment three weeks in advance to then be told it wasn't available shortly before the move. Never using U-Haul again.

  I rented a 17' truck from here and I had a great experience. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I was running a bit late for my planned return time and they were very accommodating. They thanked me for calling and told me to be safe rather than drive like crazy to rush back. The store is well stocked for any moving needs you may have. I would definitely rent from them again.

  Denied renting me a $1500 trailer because "they didn't know what to put in the computer". Incompetent. Saddle Brook had me in and out in 15 minutes. No issues.

  Easy Pickup, Easy Drop-off. Picked up a trailer to move my daughter's stuff into Dorm. Took 15 minutes tops and we had the full size trailer hitched on the car and we were on our way. Dropped off the trailer after closing but next day received an email confirming receipt and final amount.
