::It was horrible. About three weeks ago we made reservations to get a custom hitch installed. They said by May 2 they would have our part and that they will call us when it arrived. We never got that call and had to call them only to hear that we had missed our appointment. We need to reschedule our appointment even though they never called us to inform us about the first one. So today May 9, 2018 they called us saying we can bring it in at 11:00am we couldn’t do it at 11:00am so we asked if we can do it at 2:30pm when we had free time. They said yes, they would be able to do it today. We’re from New Jersey and the drive was long but we drove all the way to u-haul in Nanuet. They told us that our appointment was tomorrow and NOT today and that they could not help us and to reschedule another appointment. Yo we’re we decided their we have been already waiting to have a hit ch installment since April 20, 2018. U-Haul, I suggest if you want to attract better customers you should have better employees than.

::I had a hitch installation appt. and the crew was ready for me when I got here and everyone was pleasant/welcoming especially for how early in the morning it was. They have a good but small shop with supplies and even hitch mounted bike racks along with everything else you'd expect for a moving business. Also gotta say, I'm a big fan of seeing clean restrooms. That always tells me how much character and pride a place has. It's like personal hygiene for a business 👍👊
