::They have Pros and Cons at this location..The first time I used them they had charged my card extra without my knowledge or consistent. The second I had used cash which it seem to a better option and gave me most of my money back. This third time I reserved a uhaul and I forgot my ID which is understandable that I couldn't get it because I had to come back with my ID but what made me not go back was the lady who was helping us when she said "What will that look like"...when my husband asked her if we could use his ID. Well I thought it was rude of her to use such a statement towards us. I think this place is okay just but definitely not worth the 5 stars. Otherwise the place is usually clean I wouldn't say neat because it's a tight walk way when you go in with boxes and shelves everywhere. Maybe they need a better arrangement for the inside.
