  The management is very customer focused. The day manager in particular is friendly and outgoing, very very knowledgeable and helpful. I have a storage unit there and it's always clean especially the upper floors. I've rented vehicles and they have always been clean and well maintained. With it's location in downtown this could be a great place to store business records, etc

  Great location, good customer service. I rented a unit here for 11 months. My things had rat feces and urine all over my bags. Hey what can I say!? Other than that the rates are good.
