  The very opinionated uhaul representative was extremely rude and had the nerve to embarrass me in front of a friend of mine and then doubled charge me. Now I'm working out this issue with my bank to clear things up. The person they have working there would stop me or anyone I know from going there!

  Could have been better experience if the manager gave a courtesy call before giving truck away, not explaining contract and running off before dealing with a customer problem. Thank the associate for stepping up and taking care of the customers.
