  Picked up a 4x8 trailer as expected. I pre-registered first to make it an easier/faster check out. Went smoothly, but I forgot to pickup a dolly and blankets. They were great though, it went smoothly. Thanks

  Completely uneducated staff!! Walked in and booked a trailer for 5 am the next day. Showed up and NOTHING. No trailer. No number to call. No help. Nothing. Needed to reroute to different location and wait until 6:30 until they opened and only hit the road at 7 am. This is unreal! Worst experience ever!

  Extremely slow service. Seems to take 3 employees to get one person settled. They were kind and helpful once I did eventually get through the line. I wouldn't recommend using U-haul though. I had a much better experience with Cube Smart

  Good fast service, clean and newer vehicles however they usually only have 10ft trucks in stock if you need bigger reserve online or try a different location.
