  If i could rate it 0 I would. I was charged for gas I didn't even use. I only like 7 miles away from them and they charged me 30 bucks in gas....dont use them! The manager also seems to have no desire as to what the customer says. Take pictures of your gas gadge before and after because it seems like they scam people.

  So i took a trailer and returned it 12 hours later. Check my bank account later to see they charged Me an extra 70$ . Called this exact location to see why, no one would tell me why and they transferred me to the 1800 number. The fine people at the call center were saying different things, one said i owed an amount from december, another said doesnt show on her statement and if i was sure about my bank statement? Wow! These people are just unprofessional and have no manners, even the store manager was being arrogant! I wouldnt advice anyone to deal with this location. I would like to tell corporate not to just hire anyone for a call center job, hood rats are not a good fit for these jobs!!!

  There service was crappy, they dont know how to communicate and they lied to me and refused to honor my reservation with there U-haul app.

  I recently had some extensive truck repairs and needed a pickup for a few days and rented one here at 2315 W. Division in Arlington Texas. The girl at the front desk, Jheri, was very cold and robotic on my initial visit, then when I promptly returned the truck, with extra gas by the way, she proceeded to interrogate me about the tiny bit of mud that splashed in the rear tire well and the dust on the floor mat. She would not let up about and continued to harass me about it. I told her I refused to pay for a cleaning fee and she just dug her heels in and continued to argue with me about it. Be warned if you go to this location to take pictures of your vehicle before taking it. She was totally infuriating and rigid. I'll never go there again.

  Horrible service. Made a reservation and was guaranteed the truck and trailer I needed would be there as long as I picked it up that day. I get there to pick it up and I am told the truck I reserved could not be used for the distance I told them would be traveled. They also didn't even have the trailer I needed in stock. Despite they had it all reserved for me and I was told it would be good and ready to go. Even though I had the email confirmation and the reservation number, they had absolutely nothing they guaranteed me they would have. And to top it all half, do I get a sorry for wasting my time when I could of made other arrangements? No. I get told, basically, it's not there problem. I would give this 0 stars if I could!
