  Parking lot is crowded, difficult to navigate and poorly organized. Staff was equally likely to ignore you as they were to be evenly moderately helpful. Customer service left much to be desired. My tow dolly for my car took a solid hour to get put on and my U-Haul experience was the worst part of my move. Even though they are very conveniently located relative to my apartments I would never recommend this place to anyone moving. Frustrations abound and professionalism is in short supply. Look elsewhere

  These ppl are sorry as hell. Apparently they don't know why they are here. They do no seek out customers. You have to beg them to help you, then once they finish their irrelevant conversations, they take their previous time to woddle your way. Very pisspoor service.

  By far the worst experience I’ve ever had. Horrible customer service. Save an hour to pick up and check in the truck.They gave me a check in time of 545 and I returned the truck at 430. Apparently they gave me the wrong return time and charged me for two days instead of one. I will be calling their corporate number.

  Pretty decent using the automated system. Not a lot of hidden fees. The place that was supposed to have all the keys had a bunch of open lock boxes, but the U-Haul was open and they forked over the key when asked. No issues. Also returned U-Haul box here when I moved to Louisiana. It's not particularly nice or in a nice area, but it is sufficient and there are no problems.
