::I don't even feel like typing a story of how bad the customer service here is. All i want to say is i am glad that i do not have to deal with the young lady whom i encountered today on a daily basis or someone would get hurt. And i don't give a damn if they read this and get in their feelings. This young lady and i am not sure if this is the same lady name Erika Smith that Ana Garcia mentioned in her review, but she has a smart ass mouth and i truly hope she have an attitude with the wrong person one day and physically get dropped.

::I was greeted by the rudest most unprofessional customer service rep named Erika Smith. As soon as my father and I walked in she greeted us with the most awful attitude, wouldn’t look at us in the eye and reprimanded us for our parking spot, which we accidentally parked in and we just needed a couple of minutes to figure out where to park. She also asked me if I wanted additional add ons at a discounted price and when I asked what kind she just turned her computer monitor and told me to read it, instead of explaining it to me like any other decent human being would. I’ve worked in customer service for over 8 years and have never met anyone as awful as Erika Smith. Would NOT recommend this uhaul location to anyone. There’s plenty more locations in the DMV area. Do yourself a favor and avoid this one at all costs.
