  The staff made our moving experience seamless! We used their services for storage and also a rental truck. Every time we went to the facility we were greeted with friendly faces. They were very thorough and knowledgeable. Can't recommend this place enough for your moving and storage needs.

  Made a reservation a week in advance for a truck, it was ready when I arrived and picking it up took only a few minutes. Drop off was also easy and quick. Price was exactly as quoted. Positive and easy experience overall.

  Called ahead to find out if they fill propane tanks. Was told they do so I traveled to their store to fill my propane tank. Waited for about 15 minutes while attendants attempted to fix the computer and got no attention. When someone did finally aknowledge my request to fill tank the fellow falsely claimed my tank was too old to fill. Went to a professional propane shop several miles away and inquired about tank valve and was informed it was up to modern safety standards and they filled it for me. Was very unpleased with piss poor service and being run around unnecessarily by U-haul. The dude was not decent for providing misinformation.

  Made reservation over the phone for an auto transport & tow hitch & ball for 24 hour rental $55 for the trailer & $10 for the hitch. Price was perfect no complaints there . The problem was when i showed up to the store the guy says "we don't rent the hitches we only sell them" even with the reservation saying hitch rental they would only sell me one for $25 plus tax & service fee, plus installation. Then guy says i can rent you one if you rent our truck..... But you just said you can only sell me 1. After abt 20 minutes of arguing with ignorance i just went to walmart & bought the same exact hitch with a lock pin for $18 plus tax so $19.50ish... No service charges, or installation fees. Will go out of my way from now on to avoid this location. Been there twice & has been a headache both times.
