  Someone broke in my storage and stole my 6o in samsung tv, 2 electric scooters and 2 bikes. They waited a month to call me and tell me. And my storage is filled to the ceiling with things, i wont know for sure what else they have until I'm able to move my things out. And the claims company only paid me $1000 for all that.

  The staff is really nice and helpful. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is there have been some minor discrepancies in billing
