  Wish i could rate this place in the negative but it dont allow you. I ranted a storge shed 10x10 on or around November 3rd of 2017 as i was moving from NC to the Tucson area. I moved to the area and opened a new checking account from a local bank cause my back home east bank is not in this part of the country. On or around the first week in December i called this place at and asked then please do not use the cc / debt card on file as i opened a local bank account and have a new account. I then gave ( whomever the new account info and the lady said ( not the general manager) all was updated. I called on January 4 or 5th to make a payment for the month and was informed all was good it was already taken out under auto pay ( which i was forced to be placed under without my knowledge). I was alittle confused at first but said ok and hung up. I immediately called back asking under which card did they automatically tak my paymemt out of and was told the cc number....which of course was the old account number. I told them that account was not to be used 3 WEEKS AGO AND WHY WAS IT CHARGED. After a short discussion and a understandimg that the account was only charged a day ago and would not go through i hung up the phone only to get a call from what appeartly was the general manager which in my opinion suffers from Alzheimer disease. She told me they had the right account number on file and if my old bank charges a overdraft fee to call her.......THEY DID ...AND I CALLED .....after going around in circles with this poor demented women i basically was told there is no way i called back in December cause they always keep computer notes. ....when asked if a mistaken could have happened she basically said yes BUT NOT IN THIS CASE......APPERATLY I MUST BE LIER. SHE DIDN'T EVEN OFFER TO PAY THE 40 INSUFFICIENT FUND FEE. I HAD 5.37 STILL IN THE ACCOUMT AND SAID WHAT AM I SUPPOSE TO DO ABOUT THE 35 00. ( I WAS WILLING TO GIVE UP THE 5.00 AS IM NOT GOING BACK EAST FOR 5 DOLLARS.) THIS GENERAL MANAGER NEEDS TO RETIRE AND GO SIT IN A ROCKING CHAIR OVERLOOKING THE DESERT REMEMBERING THE GOOD OLD DAYS UNDER EISENHOWER...... Shes not a business person.......no business sence what so ever .....she could have made me a happy customer if she just picked up the overdraft fee. And assured me this would not happen again ...BUT SHE WAS TO BUSY TELLING ME I LIED IN A ROUND ABOUT WAY, and making sure she has the greatest computer system in the world that COULD NEVER EVER possible allow someone to make a mistake or the computer could never not save info. SHE SHOULD REALLY TALK TO APPLE OR IBM BECAUSE HER SYSTEM IS THE BEST EVER BUILT. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED......THIS GENERAL MGR IS BAD, AND WILL LIE TO YOUR FACE .....AND THEN BELIEVE HER OWN LIES.

  Upon move in everything was great. We never had a problem with the unit. Every interaction with Gauby the owner after that was awful. When we went to move out she was very sarcastic and only answered my questions with rude questions of her own. When I told her she was being rude her reply was that she "was busy".

  Friendly and helpful! Had a lock that wouldn’t open and they got it fixed and replaced it for me!

  Rented a 10' truck to move from one apartment to a house from here. I did not drive far so I only paid like $50 which was awesome. However, what really made it worth it was the one worker there, Gilberto. He was polite and quick. He helped everyone out in a timely matter and the customer service was impeccable. If I move again, I am coming back to this location.
