  Great store with lots of options. Service could use a little help, but that's the vibe. Great product that sells itself.

  Renee helped us so much. My daughter wanted the new all star shoes and we had read online that they tended to run a size large. Renee ensured that we had three sizes to try, got on the floor, helped my daughter in and out of every shoe herself. She knew what socks, how to avoid a seam rubbing, the best way to lace based on my daughter's foot shape, you name it. She did all of that work. She made this the best shopping experience. I am so confident that we got the exact right shoe and size. What a pleasure. Thank you Renee! If I had bought on Amazon, we would have the wrong size, last year's shoe and no help. Worth a little more money for sure. She is AWESOME, and now we'll be shopping at Tyler's again because of this great experience.

  I was in town from Illinois visiting my dad here in Texas. We stumbled upon this store - great experience! I didn't turn a corner without an associate asking if we needed help finding something. I actually came home and placed another order online and made plans to stop at the Dallas store before we leave tomorrow! I love being able to support a local business and we will definitely be back!
