  They sold me a frozen cream puff, and when I informed the employee it was frozen she told me that she just took them out of the freezer. She asked me if I would like another, and replaced my cream puff witg one she grabbed from the front a the case. She handed me the new cream puff and said, "They are all frozen" I asked her if that included the one she just handed me, and she said she wasn't sure because she didn't want to squish it. Then, without even asking, she handed me back my money and the bag with the cream puff out of my hands. If this would have my first interaction with Ty Bakery, I would have given one star, but I work in the building and have been here before so instead I gave two stars for the awful service. I won't be back.

  I stop in here for a croissant before boarding my frequent train trips. They are usually pretty good. Today I purchased an almond bear claw and it tasted like an old shoe. It had to be at least two or three days old. Next time I'll ask if it's fresh. Disappointed and too late to do anything about it. :(

  I've had a Red Velvet cake, the pastry itself was okay. The icing was hard and not at all appetizing, but I'm not able to complain. The server was friendly and I've tipped him, the chiefs are a different story.

  I ordered two camomile teas for my mother and I. The young lady serving us opened the pouch with the tea bag in it with her mouth. Just straight up ripped it with her mouth, both of them. Didn't think much of it at first, my mother wasn't too pleased about it but after really thinking about it, I was really bothered by the lack of consideration.

  I love their Danish pastry. It is fresh and staff are nice to people. Price is OK.
