  All I needed was one of our front fence gates replaced. I chose this company because I am a fellow veteran. I gave Mike two stars because he was nice at least, but his work does not deserve it. The first time Mike and his crew member Bobby worked on the gate, they bought the wrong latch. Instead of just going and buying a new one, they went ahead and rigged it to work anyway. It looked terrible and didn't work the way a regular gate latch does. By Mike's own admission it was "ghetto". So they came out again to fix replace the latch with the correct type. Mike texts me that it's perfect. I get home and the latch is pressed so tight against the metal post that the spring doesn't work and the metal is being scratched. The third time Mike comes out he fixes the latch finally but now the actual pickets are too tight and overlap where the gate and side meet so it still won't shut. There are also nails sticking out all over the back so that every time you push it to open, you are getting stabbed. Mike was told by my mother not to leave nails. At this point I am done trusting Mike to be able to correctly build this gate. The issues were all things that he had to have noticed before he said he had completed the gate, yet he still chose to leave stating the gate was working. Unfortunately I am way too nice and I paid him the first day believing he could just replace the latch and everything would be good. So now I am out $250 and do not have a functioning gate. He also sent me a text complaining about one of his own workers. He said "Lol is right. Dealing with 22 y/0 guy doing backsplash install.Uggg!" I couldn't believe he would complain to a customer about his own guy and I chose not to reply to that message. This was just incredibly unprofessional. Mike does not have the experience nor the integrity to build a fence gate. I cannot speak to any other skills, but please save yourself the trouble and do not hire him if you need a fence gate.

  I would give 10 stars if I could! A company that is honest and keeps its word is hard to find. These guys do good honest work at a fair price! Highly reccomend!
