  Service needs improvement. We were brought to a table that still had a dirty napkin on it and hadn’t been wiped off. When we told the server, she only said, “gross” and walked away with it. We ordered the spinach dip, which never came, and a Caesar Salad with dressing on the side and the dressing only came after a reminder or two. I had to get up from the meal and ask the server to cancel the spinach dip and request the dressing myself. We also went without water refills for the rest of the meal. In all, the food was average but the service made it hard to enjoy the experience.

  This place never fails in its striving for mediocrity and disrespectfulness of its customers and of its neighbors. Wait staff is always rude and condescending if you are a single customer having a meal, especially if you are over 40. There is never a manager present to complain to. They keep their doors open playing loud music till all hours with no respect for neighbors. Today the creme in my coffee curdled, twice. My food, a salad, did not arrive after over 20 minutes. WhenbI asked I was informed that the food inspectors were there and the kitchen was temporarily not functioning! Hey bub, couldn't you have told me this when I ordered! I came in because I was hungry, not because I wanted to hang out for an hour waiting. He said maybe another 15-20 minutes! What nerve not to inform a customer. Made me miss lunch specials in other places. This place has always been a blight on the community even in its other iteration as Uptown Lounge. I should have shown the inspector my curdled creme in the coffee. This place is disgusting. Stay away...far away! Can't wait for it to close down!

  My office had our holiday party here. Katie, the event coordinator, was amazing as was our bartender Edgar. The staff was extremely attentive and accommodating. Food and drinks were awesome. Overall great vibe in the venu.

  This place is great! I’ve been here a few times for happy hour and dinner. They have great happy hour deals and the food is really good! There are fun games in the back as well! A nice neighborhood spot!
