  Twin Tech did of listening to what I wanted to improve in my HVAC system, and was good about explaining my options. They were extremely neat and professional and installed a quality system.

  Twin Tech has been a go-to company for my HVAC for the better part of ten years. The company is reliable and highly competent. I have had numerous services done by their tech team and it is always a pleasure to do business with them. I know that the work is going to be done right the first time.

  Called and talked with reception who said they would call back. They never did. Gave the benefit of the doubt and called back a month later. Same person answered and apologized profusely for not calling me back. She didn't know the answer to my question and PROMISED to call me in an hour. She never called back. Third thing I called, she scheduled me for two months out. I finally got a call from another company saying they heard I was interested in cleaning my HVAC. I said I already had an appointment circled on my calendar with Twin Tech. Turns out they don't even do that work and "scheduled" me without even checking with the company they passed me off to. To top it all off, the bill was $345 for my tiny condo to have a vent cleaned. Worst experience ever.
