  The ice is cheaper by volume, and a smart purchase for filling a cooler, however, for the cocktail, or drink-aficionado, it's not ideal. The ice is cloudy with little air bubbles, like your home refrigerator makes. Ice for drinks should be clear - only for aesthetic reasons. Clear ice is more costly because it's more expensive to produce. Try 7-eleven or El Rancho etc. who stock "Emergency Ice" which is clear and perfect for pretty-looking cocktails. Otherwise, this is great!
