  Very pleasant and kind staff. They have always made me feel like I was a priority even when my claim was pending under review with the government. They always returned my calls/e-mails and never made me feel like I was a bother. They truly care about their clients and they are very informative/knowledgeable. You can tell by speaking with the paralegals that they have their client's best interests at heart and they hurt when their clients are hurting, which is a rare quality to find in today's culture. Mr. Rosasco & Mr. Hansen have a wonderful group of people working for them and I could not have dealt with this claim without them. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of assistance with their claims.
