  Had a very good experience at this store. The shoulder strap of my Tumi bag was worn so I took it in to ask about repair/replacement. Erica and Kristy were friendly and attentive from the start, and after inspecting my bag Kristy brought out a brand new strap from the back and replaced it on the spot, no charge. 5 stars for friendliness/professionalism and exceeding the customer's expectations!
