  Not for the little guys. I needed 135 2x6 at 96" with a specific stamp they could only provide same day. After calling their office and being told to come on in, I was surprised by a nasty attitude from the sales rep that didn't want to help at all. He told me he can't do anything until he had a ticket for my order which I had to talk to the same office that I already did before driving 40 minutes there. Bottom line not all customers matter to these guys even when they had the potential to provide our needs of 196 pieces of lumber or more per day on average (flat bed every 2 weeks on average).
