  I was very saddened to learn that flowers that were ordered from Tulips of Greenwich that were meant to be sent on my birthday never arrived. Attempts at contacting the store failed (the calls went right to voicemail and then the mailbox was full), leaving us with no way to get in touch with the company, no way to get a refund, and no way to get an explanation. Flowers are expensive and this is not an acceptable way to run a business. If you are no longer in business, please note as such on your message machine and please discontinue your website so people do not continue to order flowers. If you are still in business, you should be ashamed of yourself and should make it a priority to help all these people that have been scammed and/or let down (I assume I am not the only one). Valentine's Day is right around the corner so I am writing this post to save lots of people from being disappointed on the biggest flower-ordering day of the year!

  COMPLETELY UNRELIABLE!!! I ordered an arrangement fir my father' birthday and received a confirmation of my order. The day of the delivery at 1pm in the afternoon I received an email from a non-reply service stating that my delivery was canceled because the florist is not available. I called the store several times and was transferred to voice mail with no option to leave a message because the voice box was full. I emailed and received no response. I am highly disappointed. I will never use this florist again and will not recommend it to anyone in Greenwich or surrounding area.

  I ordered roses for my mother for Mother's Day and she raved about how beautiful they are. She loved them. So much so that she is drying them to save!
