  Deplorable service. The clerk here (I think her name was "Bambi" if you can call that a name) treats everyone with distain and is arbitrarily condescending when replying to inquiries from the people. Someone if this caliber should in no doubt in my mind not be representing the city of Tucson in any way, shape, or form.
