  Horrible experience. The discrimination was clearly present. I came across 3 employees who did not want to help with the disability access for 2 customers who were by themselves with heavy luggage’s. Both customers purchased the disability ticket and there was no direction, assistance, care, or accommodations. When I asked for assistance and direction in the front office they said they couldn’t help and closed the gate infront of our faces, the other employee who was outside replied in a very rude tone and said he couldn’t help me with any disability access to go to the front office but the front office did not want to help either. I am extremely disappointed how the system failed and there was no one there to provide disability assistance or any form of direction. The customer was not able to take the train that he had purchased, he was physically impaired and felt very unwelcomed and uncomfortable after the experience.

  Beautiful, Clean, and close to a lot of shops, hotels and restaurants. On the Sunset Limited, heading east, we had a 1 hour layover that gave me time to sight see and grab a bite to eat.
