  Beware!!!! Go anywhere else but here. Horrendous customer service and they are careless and lose clothes! Absolutely terrible!!!! Brought several items in, including my wedding dress. When I picked up the order, I realized they lost the underlay to my wedding gown (making the gown impossible to wear again which is what I had hoped to be able to do since it was a knee length lace sundress from BLHDN). When I called to address the matter, I received little help and a heaping dose of attitude from any staff at the store. I had to call corporate twice to get any sort of information to about how they were going to fix the situation. The options they offered were less than satisfactory, but I settled on getting half the price of my dress and a refund for cleaning my dress. Save yourself the trouble-go somewhere else.

  Worst customer service ever. I walked in asking for some pricing information/packages and they did not know any info. They were rude and very disrespectful. I won't do business in this place even if it is free.

  Worst service and customer service!! Took my suits to be cleaned, luckily only one really needed to be cleaned but somehow it came back to me uncleaned. Tried to call to remedy the issue and no one answered the phone during business hours. When I finally managed to speak to someone they told me to bring the suit back to be reworked. Once I was back in store, and employee rudely told me to wait while she finished her mess on the counter. While explaining what happened she cut me off and told me to come back another time when a manager is here which is only for 5 hours on Tuesday and Saturday. I will not be going back! Don't make the same mistake
