  My overall experience was good. The hotel had a cool and hip ambiance. The room was a little small but the bathroom was huge and very well designed, with a big shower and large sink vanity. The biggest downside was the restaurant closed far too early. I returned from an event at NJ PAC at 10pm on a Saturday, and it was already closed for the night, not even the bar was open. The hotel was very conveniently located to NJ PAC, just a 2 mins walk, and a great option for someone looking for accommodations close by.

  This hotel is very nice, the staff very friendly and competent. Rooms are modern, urban, functional and clean. The location of this place is very central in Newark. They offer a shuttle bus to/from EWR airport twice per hour. Newark Penn Station, with regular connections to Manhattan, is just a 10 minute walk away. Over all, a great place to stay. The only downside is that downtown Newark is not the most appealing place to walk around outside of business hours.

  Location for a Prudential Center Event is great. Hotel is nice...Restaurant food was amazing and opened late so after concert can grab a bite to eat to dine in or take out and bring to your room. Check in was not the best as they need some kind of organization. Kim (in laundry) went out of her way to help us when we first got there. She should be in a management position. She wasn't in the department where my concerns where for but took matters into her own hands and solved all of our issues. Further in our stay I witnessed her helping out the staff on our floor solving their issues. Employees like Kim need to be recognized. Thanks Kim for getting our rough start at the hotel on the right track.

  Stayed here for business. I absolutely loved this hotel! Staff was extremely nice and helpful especially Tanisha and Jasmine they helped me with all of my needs. Location is perfect. The rooms are beautiful! Breath taking view as soon as you walk in. The best hotel I've stayed in hands down.

  Was sent here because United Airlines had some mechanical difficulties and missed my connecting flight out. And I‘m glad they did. The hotel was recently renovated, and the rooms are wonderful and well appointed. There‘s power everywhere. The bathroom is very modern and pleasant. The bed was exceedingly comfortable. The rate charged the airline was $142 which if true would be a real bargain. The airport shuttle picks up at stop P4 (like the others), but dropped off at the terminal. If I ever have to overnight in Newark again, it will definitely be here.
