  Was in Vegas on vacation ran out of vape juice went into truvape they are very friendly and helpful I would differently tell people about them..my wife even bought a vape and the woman that was working had a lot of great information on vaping and bery helpful

  This place is a true gem within the vaping community. I'm always a little hesitant to give a new vape shop a try as I find in most instances the employees tend to be pretentious and condescending. I've been vaping for over 6 years now. Even though I've learned a bit within that time I'm not someone who builds their own mods or knows the make and model of a vape off hand etc. I was assisted by Jorge, and not only did he go above and beyond to help me find the coils I needed, get me a tasting membership card good for 12 months, and introduce me to a new juice I really enjoyed.. what really set him and this shop apart from every other vape shop I'd been to was his humble, helpful, and appreciative nature. I mentioned my hang up with trying new vape shops around town. He said certain places cater to certain clients that's all. But the goal of this shop is to help others learn and to provide an inviting and welcoming atmosphere. I'm a human just like you. (mind you this isn't word for word and I apologize if I butchered what he had to say but it was along those lines!) He has my business going forward I promise you that and all without bragging or putting down his competitors. The reviews on this shop speak for themselves. They'll be celebrating their 5th anniversary this July and it is my hope for many many more and for the expansion of their business. You guys are awesome and thank you so very much for being so patient and helpful with me :)

  Vape street advertised everywhere. Went there and the kid acted like he knew everything and is quite rude. I asked for a mesh RDA from VandyVape and he says sold out. Checks display and says he found it in different colors. Well wrong product stuffed in a VandyVape box and bought some juices. Way to expensive here. Don't believe their hype. Truvape is a whole other level. Best customer service, knowledgeable staff and the prices are great. Needless to say I said to hell with others and only go here. Great quality, price and staff. Best in Vegas.

  April and Eric were awesome!! I was in town for one night and needed juice for my vape. They were open and welcoming. Loved their energy.

  The staff was really helpful and patient with me. I bought almost $300 dollars worth juice and they patiently helped me try all of them. Came all the way from India to pick up some of the best collection of juices. They were nice enough to throw in a few free goodies and juices too!
