  Very nice hotel. Guest service was great. We got there at 11am (5 hours before standard check in) and we were able to check in early. Even though we did not valet for have a car, the valet guy acted like he wanted nothing to do with us after we told him we were getting an Uber. The front desk staff was great though. We got a view overlooking the water and Lake Michigan and it was great. The room had a few tiny issues like a few dings and knicks in the furniture and one of the light switches was pressed in and broken. The television is very nice, but only 1080p. It's 2023 and 4K TVs should be standard and a nice hotel like this. Hey they do that shady practice of putting a bunch of enticing sweets and candies and whatnot which for people that do not stay in hotels often can be tricked into taking these thinking they are free. Also the prices on them are absolutely insane. I love the automatic curtain feature. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was very nice with a huge tub and walk-in shower. In a perfect location with plenty of restaurants nearby.

  Pretty amazing. We only used the bar/restaurant on the 16th floor so didn't stay as hotel guests, but it's a very impressive building.

  It was perfect!! Didn’t run into a single problem. We were walking distance from everything we needed. Staying in a hotel with a view overlooking the city of Chicago is amazing. The hotel rooms are large, the supplies are very high, and the facilities are complete. And the service is very good, the wine in the minibar is reasonably priced, and the customer service staff at the front desk will deliver ice cubes. Where the five-star hotel should be done, the Trumptower is perfectly completed.

  Its great. But, in the league of 5 star luxury hotels, there's some deficits I found. Rooms share a common wall with doors locked from each side. I could hear everything in my neighbours room. Needs better soundproofing. Screen cast on the tv didnot work for over a day. Often requests made to the reception doesnt get implemented immediately and needs multiple reminders. There's a mini kitchen, and a small utensil collection. Which is great. But then you should atleast keep a salt and pepper then, even if needs to be bought by the customer. The swimming pool didnot have a changing room, and so no shower either. No deck chairs! And the pool floor were stained with sediment, i wouldn't expect that in such a hotel. For everything else, this is an amazing amazing place, can't emphasis enough. The house car is available on Friday and Saturday only from 12 o clock.

  Trump Hotel is an outstanding venue for weekend stays. Our room overlooked the City and the view was breathtaking. The amenities and room service were first class. The staff was also outstanding. A very special Thank You to Assistant Manager Aldo R., Salvador the doorman and to Alexi the front desk receptionist for your excellent service and effort at making our stay the best.
