  Truly Nolen is the best. I've been using their services for over a year now – their products work and their service is wonderful. They're always responsive and polite over the phone, as well as in person. I would highly recommend Truly Nolen for Pest Control.

  We have lived in our house for 45 years. and we count on Truly Nolen to keep the value up by making it free of pests and as safe as possible. We have regular service inside and outside. As well, over the years, we have had services when we had problems with bites or infestation and we were very satisfied. We also have had Roof Rat protection which we maintain on a yearly basis. We feel that it is really important to the long-term value of our home. I always like to recommend Truly Nolen to all of my neighbors.

  My property has been serviced by Truly Nolen for at least 25 years. I continue to stay with them for one reason these days; Jeremy, the young man who currently performs the servicing. He does an outstanding job. The company, however, rates only 4 stars due to its pricing, which has steadily increased over the years (just received word of another .05 increase); higher I believe than the rate of inflation. I cannot say I believe that the C suite bonuses that the price increases no doubt pay for are justified.

  Morgan and Nestor are awesome. I called TN when I wanted a second opinion on a pest issue. Morgan's initial inspection was thorough and efficient. He explained everything as he went along. He didn't try.and sell me more than I needed or wanted and he was professional, affable, & pleasant right up until his boss called. Boss insisted on a treatment for a much higher price. While I understood the logic I found Boss' (John) to be unprofessional and when I called to complain he was unresponsive (when I mentioned a product that TN paperwork said they carried John informed me that was no longer true - which is kind of fraudulent). The technician who came next day, Nestor, is a gem. Nice, polite, thorough, and trustworthy. I want to make clear that the 5 stars is for Morgan and Nestor. Manager John is awful, neither professional or responsive to customer complaints.

  Excellent service! Since day one, they have been very patient and professional about my termite problems. Benny has been amazing at his job, taking care of all the infested areas. I definitely recommend Benny, and the Truly Nolen crew for any job. They have always been on time, and with a smile on their face.
