  BEWARE!!! WORST BANK I'VE EVER BEEN TO IN MY LIFE!!! THE MANAGER DAVID AND A TELLER, REFUSED TO ACCEPT MY $1,000 IN ROLLED QUARTERS!!! THEY TOLD ME THEY DIDN'T HAVE ANY ROOM IN THEIR VAULT TO HOLD 2 BOXES OF QUARTERS, BUT THEY REFUSED TO SELL ME ANY BOXES OF THEIR CHANGE TO MAKE ROOM!! I'VE CONTACTED CORPORATE AND HOPE THEY BOTH HAVE CONSEQUENCES!!!

  Great bank David and his staffs customer services are beyond elite. Always willing to serve you and will always receive formal individualized help. Would give more stars but they only allow 5

  The bank as a whole is amazing! But David goes beyond what he's supposed to do , and for that, I thank him. He always makes sure things get done and he is always nice and proper ! Highly recommend this bank !

  I have been going to this branch for the past 2 years since I opened my hair salon Faith By Works in Latonia. I have been to other branches and never once have I felt more like family instead of just another client, Debbie has a funny since of humor and great personality and always puts a smile on your face know matter what mood your in, she is a great asset to BB&T as is the other employees there. I have moved and this branch is now out of my way. But I will continue to go to this branch. Keep up the good work BB&T in Covington 👍🏻👍🏻
