  TruHit Ahwatukee is one of the BEST fitness places I have been to. The workouts are comprehensive, and the trainers know exactly how to guide you through the movements and keep you motivated. Jessica and Durry (the owners of this location) are exceptional and always make sure their members are well taken care of. There are so many different types of people who workout there at different fitness levels, and this is truly a place for ANYONE!

  I just moved here from Florida. I was looking for a place to that can challenge me in my workout and feel safe... and of course, reasonably priced. The ladies I have worked with and spoken to have helped motivate me and are encouraging me to reach my goals. I’m so grateful to have found this center!

  This place is awesome! The trainers are motivating and the workouts are great! The post workout shakes hit the spot after a workout. Highly recommended!
