  Always wanted a Rolex but couldn’t justify paying full retail price. A friend recommended TrueFacet so I checked them out a year or so ago. Finally saved up enough to get the Submariner I’ve been wanting, and TrueFacet has a few to choose from. I called and spoke with a rep and she was super helpful making me feel safe about spending so much money on a used product. I pulled the trigger and am glad I did. I ended up saving sooo much money by not buying new, but honestly the watch I got is as good as new. I highly recommend these guys, whether it’s your first luxury watch purchase or your tenth.

  Very impressive! From customer service, to the delivery time and of course the watch that I bought. As a first time buyer I understand now how TrueFacet works. They really make sure that their customers get the best pre-loved condition and Importantly they make sure that it is authentic. It might take a week or more to get your purchases but it’s worth it.   Very nice products on the site, the Breitling I purchased was in impeccable shape and a great deal for the price. The customer service is superb. Will buy again given the opportunity and budget. No regrets at all.
