  I've been in this store a few times and the boss is very very rude. He does not respect customers. He does not care if you are a buying customer or window shopping, he stills disrespect people. As I was walking out other customers said me the same thing. And as soon as today, I wanted to show their tropical birds to my little siblings and the boss was standing at the door telling me the store was closed (at 5.30). But when I walked by again an hour later, the store was still open. If I could have given no stars I would have. That is the worst pet store I've ever been. And I'm still surprised and amazed that this is the owner treating customers this way. I recommend other shoppers and pet lovers to avoid this store at all cost unless you want to experience this treatment!!! Try any other pet stores which treat customers a lot better, are a lot cheaper and not far from Bainbridge...

  The store has some good variety but the customer service leaves something to be desired. I walked in to ask if they carry a specific item and was cut off before I even finished my question with a "no". Being from a retail background for many years, I understand that you have other things to do, but I also understand that you have to build some type of relationship with prospective customer. With that being said, because they didn't have my certain item he may have just thought I would not spend money there regardless, so why waste his time? I have five animals and if I would have been treated a little better, I would have considered going back for something else I may need in the future or suggest this place to my clients.

  The owner is very knowlegable about everything he sells. He is also very friendly with all of his customers. You should dedinelty go there is you want to get your first pet. They are all well taken care of and all seem happy. Especially the birds there.

  You know I hate to see someone give bad reviews on a business that is well-established especially when there are two sides to every story. I was there two days ago just to check out the store itself after reading bad reviews. I went with my wife and kids and I got to tell you this is our new store to shop. honest as a family felt nothing but love from the owner and the workers that are there. The prices for the particular items we need it were very fair compared to the big businesses. I must've feels very offended by the bad reviews when this store has nothing but greatness. I'm actually on my way to buy an aligator gar. This place is definitely my new place to shop and will Refer to this place to friends and family
