  VITO TROIANO and his company are all pieces of garbage with no phone etiquette or professionalism. I asked to speak with a manager regarding an issue I had, the service rep refuses to give me the managers name then when Vito gets on the phone he began yelling once I ask For his name.(in which I have The recorded phone call) Very unprofessional my family and I have Been loyal customers to these pieces of garbage for over 20+ years. THEY WILL NEVER RECEIVE A PENNY OF MY MONEY EVERRRRR AGAIN!!!! I’ve reported these disgraces to the better business bureau for their lack of customer courtesy.

  Worst company I ever dealt with! Installed the wrong boiler in my home, in a chimney flue that was undersized for the boiler......what I can I say? Heat in the summers, hot water that ranged from warm to scalding...three hot water storage tank pressure relief valves exploding!!!!!!! Two basement floods....GREAT COMPANY..when I call the owner, Vito Trioano, he acts as though it's my fault!!!
