  I am so grateful for the life changing work the team at Trivida Functional Medicine is providing for me. Corey and Nicole have done so much to help my body heal from major gut issues, hormone imbalance, weakness, toxic overload and high amounts of mold in my system. They continue to put so much consistent effort into my healing. Each time they uncover a health concern, they suggest a game plan to fix it. Before coming to Trivida, I would dread receiving test results from my doctor because I was generally told there's no treatment for my ailments and I was sent off with narcotics to mask the symptoms. Cory has done much deeper testing and has discovered underlying health concerns. When he tells me the diagnosis, he always presents a plan of how we will fix the problem. The team at Trivida never settles for acceptable, "within range" results. Their goal is always for me to get "optimal" results. The entire staff has been encouraging, empathetic, straight forward, kind and overly generous with their time and expertise with me. I know they genuinely care about me and my well-being. They have taught me life-long skills that are empowering me to live my best life now and I will be able to carry with me into my old age. I strongly recommend Trivida Functional Medicine to anyone looking to maximize their health and find solutions to challenging health issues.

  The team at Trivida is awesome! I have just finished my first year under their watchful eye. This group of practitioners has been completely dedicated to improving my health physically and emotionally. They have done extensive work to understand what my issues are and have worked tirelessly to find solutions to improve my health. They go above and beyond the call of duty with patients. They're compassionate, thorough, humble, and generous with their time and knowledge. It is the best treatment I have ever received from healthcare professionals. I strongly recommend them to anyone wanting to improve their health. Life-changing experience!

  Trivida really helped me change my mindset about health, including food and moving my body. I don't have a "quick fix" mindset anymore. Corey and Nicole gave me the tools to have a healthy lifestyle that is best for my body and they really helped my mindset too. Because my body is so well balanced now, compared to before, I no longer have food cravings that were just "energy bandaids". My hormones and my energy levels are so much better than they were before too! If you are patient, trust their process, and don't expect things to just happen overnight you will see amazing results! ♥

  Everybody on the entire Trivida team is very approachable and proved a high level of competence. Throughout the entire process, everything was very clear as far as directions and expectations. I never felt like I didn't know what I should be doing and always had access to the right information. Things I was able to accomplish while at Trivida: weight loss, increase in muscle mass, increase in energy, and I now feel lighter, healthier, and more robust all around. I no longer have to think about my gut flaring up whereas it used to always be in my mind anytime I ate anything. Trivida changed my mindset and awareness around health and I now have a better repertoire moving forward. You don't know what you don't know but once you do, it is very eye opening. I highly recommend Trivida!

  My journey with Trivida was a very good journey. I loved how comprehensive the testing was from day 1. Previous doctors I had seen did not educate me as to why I was taking things but Corey and Nicole were so knowledgeable and always explained things so well. I appreciate their depth of knowledge and that they are constantly learning and applying new knowledge to treatment plans. They fully understand how complex the body is and they take the time to test and adjust things over time. Weekly check-ins with Nicole were great because because she made me feel heard and cared for. Those appointments gave me accountability when I needed it most and gave me the tools to maintain my progress over time. Even though this wasn't my main goal, I was able to hit my goal weight after 4 months of making lifestyle changes and getting back to the things, like yoga, that fueled my body and allowed it to heal!
