::Great place to park your rig, but buy food at the pilot.... I've lived in and near Tucson for more then 3/4 of my life and the dinner food still does not taste good. Definitely do NOT ask for the chorizo breakfast burrito!!!!!!!! Gave both my fiance and self food poisoning.

::Good food and always get my haircut here. Got a motel room here, $31.44 after tax. It ain't the Ritz but it is nice to get out of the truck once in awhile. The C-store next door went out of business so there isn't a place to buy a gallon of water or snacks. Have to go across the street to the Pilot to get any items like that.

::Service was great! That's why 2 stars!! The waitress and another lady (hostess, maybe?) Were super friendly and lots of fun! We had a blast! Our hostess? kept our coffee & soda full and teased us a little, having fun through the whole meal! The French dip said it came w Swiss cheese- all I got was this nasty, dry, burnt, gross mystery meat that my cat wouldn't even eat...and he eats everything!!! It was also unbelievably expensive for a dive (pancakes & eggs were $12...for a "short stack" of 2 pancakes). I'd go back bc of the service but I probably won't order food again!

::Great food! The restaurant is one of our favorites and we‘ve eaten here for many years. BUT it‘s the only reason to stop here. Other than Omar‘s it‘s an unfriendly and rundown place. Parking lot’s a huge pothole. To buy refreshments, travel supplies, and for showers you’re better off at Pilot across the street.

::I was VERY disappointed in my experience with this truck stop AND restaurant. I've been riding with my husband all over the US, and I can guarantee that this one ranked among the worst. From what I could see, the parking lot was large for truckers to get a place to rest, but mostly it seemed like a convenient way to get beer at the Circle K. We decided to try out "Omar Chef's Hi-Way" restaurant, which was a HUGE mistake. The waitress was completely rude. Her apparent disdain for truckers and/or job was written all over her face. From the moment we sat down, we had the feeling that she saw as not worthy of her time. I could have been more understanding if the place had been busy, which it was NOT. I asked about the free apple pie for dessert. She brought it, threw it down on the table, and this was BEFORE dinner. When asked for a refill of tea, she rolled her eyes and stalked away. I could not enjoy my meal for feeling that I should crawl out of the place and back into some hole. I will never go back to that location again. I'll get hubby to stop at the Pilot across the street. They may serve up fast food, bit TTT does not leave you feeling "at home," but left a bitter taste in my mouth.
