  Horrible customer service. We went to check out a car. Was told to come back in a few weeks an if it hadn’t been sold they would go down on the price. We went back a month later an they still wouldn’t go down. Long drive for us to be mislead. We did a test drive and had the car running since we smelt a burning plastic smell, we wanted to see if it went away. and the manager or owner came out askin if there was a reason we left the engine on. Extremely rude. He said it needed to be shut off to save gas and the light was on, car was already on E. Will not go back. Horrible service.

  they had a decent car for sale and I went to check it out. they had it priced over the blue book. so I offered a little less than the top of the range. they wouldn't even budge on the price. the car was 2285. I went up to 2 grand and they said "nope, 2285 is the least we'll take". What kind of dealership won't budge on the price at all? it wasn't a great car, i just don't see how a dealership makes it like that. I would've had to fix the car after buying it.

  As soon as I bought my car it died within 2 mikes of the business. They said the motor probably went out and I had to pay to get another motor. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE!!! AUTOTRADER SHOULD NOT HAVE THEM ON THEIR SITE. I HAVE PURCHASED BETTER VEHICLES FRO CRAIGSLIST!!! Triple R Auto Sales is a RIPOFF!!!

  I saw an old car for sale down in Ft Worth called to see if it was available for sale still and it was. It was in the shape described on the autotrader. We took it for a test drive and yes it died. It's 23yo, made a contract for it with the provisional that it gets fully road worthy in 2 weeks when I'll drive back and get it. I just have to say not only was everyone I met very kind but the owner seemed to me to be a very honest man and I trust the contract will be completed. They say you can't judge a book by its cover but, work emergency medical services for a decade like me and you can be tricked but usually we can spot a fraud in a heart beat. Like I said, I fully believe that the owner is a man of his word and contract we made. **Update, they held true the car was in perfect shape mechanically I drove it all the way home from ft worth to Oklahoma City. Very happy with our purchase!

  This place is full of crooks they sell you cars that don't even work as advertised. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!! My son paid $4,000 for a car from this place they put heavier weight oil in it to hide that the timing chain was going out. Now we have to get this fixed but I'm going to call the news station and the BBB about this company. Also if you see good reviews on this company it was written by either the owner or the employees that work there.
