  I am a pass customer and the last time I was in I had to bring my car back 3 times before they fixed the problem. When I asked why this is happening they told me their main tech was out. The owner of the shop can not even take care of the problems. Main tech (Will) was great others are fly bye night kinda guys. I will not be back to this shop nor recommend them either. It's best to drive a little further down the road to the next shop.

  I went twice to Trio for my car repair. First time, Tony & Will took good care of car, provided a quote and I went along with it. I was happy about my first experience. Second time, I went for Oil change & alignment check follow up with my first time (they ruled out alignment issue). I had to wait at shop 2 hour 40 minutes for oil change done. I thought, I would have been told in advance about this much waiting. I am not happy with my second experience.
