::While the doctor was fantastic, the place is setup to nickel and dime patients to death. Get a refill? One month only and pay an extra charge of $20 for the privilege. Must have a physical with all the blood work, Pap smear, yada, just to get multiple refills. Even if one goes through all that, refills are a maximum of 90 days at which point one must be seen again AND PAY to get another 90 day refill. As for the doc, I would love to have her as our family physician as I have never experienced a more caring, kind, and concerned physician, but will not go back to Trinity Xpress Med itself unless it is a dire emergency. I’ve seen several complaints about the staff, but they were friendly and helpful to me. I suspect some of the complaints about them were more about their doing the job that Trinity Xpress Med demands of them such as the nickel and diming than the actual staff themselves. It’s the company that sucks, not the staff. The staff was great.

::We come here a lot even though we have a regular PPO. Dr Samadi is great, and we’re in and out in about an hour!

::My experience at this urgent care started off okay. The receptionists seemed nice. I let them know my symptoms and what was going on and asked for an estimate. I understand this is just an estimate. Then during the process I kept asking how much each procedure would cost, since I don't have insurance. At my checkout I was charged far more than what I was told during the process and at the beginning. Again, i understand it's an estimate, but there were a ton of hidden costs. I got some blood work done and was told they'd be in the next day before noon. They were ready a day or two late and when I went to retrieve them nothing was explained to me like I was told. The receptionist blew me off and I left. A few days later I got really sick, turns out I had tonsillitis that started turning into an abscess because this joke of a facility told me all I needed was rest and nothing was wrong. Now my medical bills are through the roof. THIS PLACE SHOULD BE AVOIDED AT ALL COSTS. Expensive, not nice, clearly no REAL knowledge in the medical field, and nothing express about it. (There was like one other patient in the facility). I would trust a blind homeless guy with open heart surgery before asking anyone at this facility to weigh me.

::Take forever to finish my immigration medical exam, never call to provide status, very bad at communicating what is needed. Overall very unprofessional.

::After fighting with my mother tooth and nail, searching for a reasonably priced urgent care center, we ended up here. Everyone was friendly and helpful during this lovely holiday time. We were expected to wait a couple hours for my mother to be seen for her horrible cold, but she was in & out in maybe an hour with her prescription. She also said the nurse practitioner was a joy to speak with!
