::I was recently discharged from this facility and I'm forever grateful for all the staff and nurses that had took care of me they also helped me with my recent diagnoses of Bipolar 1 disorder by giving me the correct medications

::My daughter was given an anti-psychotic that caused extreme visual hallucinations of a person who sexually assaulted her. Even though doctors were warned what the medicine would cause extreme hallucinations they continued to give her the same medicine for a week. The doctors only had one goal in mind, and that was to send my daughter to North Texas State. Numerous complaints were made to change her doctor and all were denied. Upper management seemed to be uncaring when numerous complaints were issued. The treatment was so bad that we are considering moving out of Parker county. She had a chest wound that went untreated for over a week. Several techs spoke out about my daughter's treatment, but no changes were.made until I threatened to get a lawyer. Filing several complaints with the state this morning.

::Hospitalized after attempted suicide in may of 2015. Detoxed & evaluated on 10th floor. Was told family picked up my stuff & didn't want to see me, court ordered 30 days to 1st ward, where the most unstable people were. Visited by a court appointed attorney. Informed him I was supposed to be at the 425th Tarrant Co dist. court for divorce proceedings. Never heard from attorney again or if Tarrant Co. Court was notified. Ex mother in law posted on facebook my name was called in court, & accused someone I knew called pretending to be a my doc. Took at least 3 days before I was put into the 2nd ward, on other side of glass room where there'd been people it as violent. Unit put on lock down because of storm, seemed to be a basement or additional parking garage made in jailing unit for attempted suicides. Kept being told they'd been unable to reach my ex-husband in order to obtain paperwork from my disability lawyer for diagnosis from former Doctors & facilities. He would not answer my calls. Staff wouldn't help me get access to numbers I'd gotten due to forgetting them because of excessive med distributions. Didn't get any info as to transition places the month I was there til a week before Id been due to leave at minimum $400/ month with waiting period, except the place I attempted suicide who I believe wanted more money before I came back. Kept as though we were observed at a zoo, treated worse than animals. Finally had to get a room with a person I roomed with at 500/wk econo lodge on wet n wild way in Arlington. Where I'd been told was the safest & decent place where she, her friends/boyfriend(s) in turn stole threw out or sold my stuff, after I'd called Arlington police department pretending to be suicidal to get me out of there. when the woman staying there made me use restroom by dumpster, threatening me not to knock on her bedroom door anymore. recorded my actions after introducing me to meth, posting videos on sites I'd end up getting pornographic suggestive emails about. Used my bank account to play games on big Fish, double up casino, withdrew money not just for meds, groceries but her & her boyfriends habits. And lord knows what else. Tried to turn her in to Arlington police, as well as online, & North Charleston SC police department, when I was left no choice but to come back here. After finding out I'd been released for a 2nd time from Millwood hospital & Tarrant County MHMR, she began harassing & threatening me. Det. in Arlington told me they closed case and was doing nothing further because she passed away. And they could do nothing here because it happened in Texas.

::My mother was here after surgery. The nurses and staff attending her were awful due to the fact that they woke her up physically instead of an injection. Having private discussions about how my Mother not knowing "English", and making a fool out of my Dad. Never want to be attended here if it was me but due to the fact my Dad stayed there for her, as soon as he left her the nurse attending her and some male nurse or etc. took advantage of her while my Dad left. I loved the concern of the anesthesiologist due to the fact that the nurses or etc. woke her up and not letting my Mom have proper recovery and rest. The nurse that was helping us know where to get her prescription was very nice to draw a picture and let us go ahead to pick it up and bring her down to the front of the pavilion.

::Trinity springs gave me the help I needed so very badly. The Dr's, Nurses and staff were absolutely great,( except for the few orderly's who thought they were better than the patients) it's way better than going to jail, which was my alternative for the upcoming eight days. I really don't understand all of the low ratings. They must be coming from people who haven't actually been treated there. My stay was exceptional and people should not be fooled by others who are pissed off.
