::Youâll have to take this review with a grain of salt since my son only attended Trinity for 5 days so I canât give a full review but I can share my experience. My son was dismissed from his previous Day center due to behavior issues. We were completely upfront with TSEL regarding his specific issues and went into as much detail as possible. We were told he âneededâ to be at TSEL and assured he would not be treated and dismissed the same way as the other school. I got my first phone call from TSEL around lunchtime on his very first day. On his second day I was called at 9am to pick him up within the hour and take him home and on his 4th day I was told he could no longer return and given a date for his last day. On his 3rd day I had a meeting set up with the Director and Assistant Director to discuss a course of action but apparently they couldnât wait that long since they called me on his next day to tell me (at work and over the phone) that they were terminating care. That upset me enough but what really was awful was that day when I went to pick him up I was called into the Directorâs office for an impromptu meeting where I basically started crying for an hour. My husband was furious that they ambushed me like that, obviously had no respect for my time (they could have just expressed all this at our scheduled meeting time the very next day) and that he was not present or included. He would have preferred to be there and hear the information for himself and also support me while upset. The one good thing that came out of that place for us was that they referred me to Child Find who I had never heard of. My son has since been diagnosed with ADHD and mild ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder) specifically Aspergerâs Syndrome. I was upset that he was not given the chance to adjust to a new school/people/routine. To kick him out after only 4 days seems absolutely ridiculous to me. His current school had the same issues for a few weeks but they rode it out and after some love and discipline he has been thriving there even without an IEP! My other gripes about TSEL were pretty minor I suppose. I really didnât like that lunch was not included in the tuition fees and also the summer activity fees were absolutely astronomical! I wouldnât have been able to even afford them so itâs all for the best that heâs not there anymore. It may be a fine school but we werenât given the chance to find out.

::I had 2 children at Trinity and we were all so happy there! My oldest had been at the school for 4 years , and my little one was there for 2 years, and would still be there if she didn't get accepted in to a montessori program. Both children couldn't wait to get to school every day! Trinity, does a wonderful job providing a caring and nurturing environment for the children, making their first experience with separation such a positive one. The teachers are exceptional and dedicated, and the curriculum is hands-on, developmentally appropriate, and most importantly - fun! The community at Trinity is wonderful. It's a diverse and vibrant parent body, and we've made some great friends! The faculty and administration are extremely supportive of the families at Trinity. You truly feel like you have a partner in the education of your child, and support and guidance in making the right decisions for your child and your family. If your looking for the best fit preschool for your child, look no further, i promise you won't be dissapointed!

::Dedicated staff, great programs My wife and I were very pleased with our experience at Trinity School of Early Learning. Two things stand out: the dedication of the staff, and the feeling of community at the school. When we moved from Texas to Virginia, my four-year old son was anxious about his new preschool. We had a lot of tearful mornings while he adjusted. Happily, he bonded quickly with Ms. Ellis, the TSEL director, and I was impressed at how she took time personally each morning to spend with my son until he got comfortable with his new school. The four- and five-year old's teacher is really good. It was clear that she concentrated on things (writing, behavior) that would help ease the transition to kindergarten, and it worked. They had regular, visiting enrichment programs like weekly "Music and Movement" and the Tumbling Bus. In our eighteen months at TSEL, we didn't see any turnover of the primary teachers for each class. I thought that was impressive and speaks to the sense of community at the school. The school is associated with the Trinity Episcopal Church, and there are nice joint events such as picnics and holiday events which we attended even though we are not church members. Overall we were really happy with TSEL and have recommended it to friends and co-workers.
