    The urgent care here is an afterthought. The majority of the space is dedicated to lab patients. So they all have to wait all jumbled together with sick people. Wonderful! This place used to be my go-to for quick care, but I won’t be back after what I experienced last week. We stood, first in line, waiting to be checked in while several employees milled around. After being totally ignored for nearly 10 minutes, a very rude receptionist demanded to know why we were there. Pro tip: if you have people working directly with patients, they need to show basic human decency. They also need to at least pretend like they care. The staff here , at least the ones in the check in area , couldn’t care less. Very disappointed!

    I asked the lab tech if they clean the chair between patients and was told they do. Well they don't. Also, they don't always change gloves between patients and when they do they don't sanitize their hands.

    On a not so busy Monday, I walked into urgent care and: waited over an hour to get seen, 30 minutes to see the specialist, 30 minutes for an x-ray, and another 45 minutes for the results. So I waited over 2 hours and 45 minutes for ~ 5 minutes of actual work done (consult, x-ray, analysis)

    I just left this place. There is a nurse with locs who came into my room . Did not introduce herself just asked me what I was there for … *** I was wheeled into the room because I was going to fall over. I am still unstable and light headed. Having a hard time breathing . But was instructed not to move until the doctor came into the room.*** I was very light headed couldn’t remember quick enough I guess. She was already annoyed before she came in . She took my blood pressure (did not tell me what it was) and wheeled the thing back out without a word. She came back in and said you need to get on the bed. I said the other lady told me not to move that’s why I am still here. So she said you need to get up because you have to do an ekg. ( did not say what it was for or what was going to happen or anything) . She handed me a paper ( the blue and white pads that you put down for blood or pee ) and said you need to take your shirt and bra off and put this over you. So I waited for her to leave the room but she stood there and just stared at me . (After the fact I felt I needed to advocate for myself and should have asked her to step outside but I didn’t .). I covered myself and she placed the stickers and I moved my chest and she said put your arms down. She pushed on my chest so hard I yelled ouch! And it was almost followed by a right hook ! I was mad at this point . I left because her attitude was so horrible . When leaving she had an attitude because I said I wanted to leave and not be treated there. I have been in many customer focused positions and currently working in one . She has no bedside manner or patient care abilities! Her treatment only reflected the doctors and the possibilities of the entire establishment. She needs a vacation or retirement ! I could say more but I refuse to give that experience anymore power over me ! BE WARNED do not go there! Especially if you look way younger than your actual age . I may look 18 but I assure you I am not .

    I always love this place! It is one of my go to urgent care's. They are very friendly and professional and they will remember you once they have seen you a few times (The nurses and docs). I would and have recommended this place to family and friends.
