  Had to wait a little over an hour for them to start loading, even though the product was already picked and ready to go. Loading itself was FAST though. Just to clarify directions, when turning right off Elliott, DO NOT get on the Magnolia bridge. If you get on the bridge, you're screwed. After turning off Elliott, get immediately into the left lane and take the ramp to the left marked Terminal 91. Follow that around to the end, and turn left onto Alaskan Way. That will take you straight to the guard shack, and they'll give you directions from there.

  I arrived about 1230 my appointment was 1400 I got loaded and outta there by 1410. Obviously they had others there and appointments before mine. They were nice too. Pretty neat place. Directions from I-5 north, take exit 167 mercer st. On the left. Follow it through college area residential looking area to bottom of hill right on elliot stay in right lane follow signs to Pier 89-91 it's a curb lane, stay left once your turn right don't go right otherwise you might go to alaska.. follow over bridge around to right at bottom of hill turn left to guard shack they'll direct you.

  The guy who loaded me was absolutely great. Had to reload to make my weight right. No questions asked
