::I have been trying for days to reach someone from this company. I know they will keep piling on fees even though they locked me out of the online account and I can't pay the bill because of it. I have sent numerous emails and made repeated phone calls all of which have been ignored. Something needs to be done. I'm sure someone will reply when the fees have gotten extreme and they want to try to take action against me. All I want is to pay my bill and live in peace.

::Save your money and rent to someone else. When you have issues with the home it takes a act of god to get things fixed. Maintenance Dept takes forever to get back with you. If you need to speak with someone in management, save your time because they never call back. I was on hold last night for 3 hours and spoke with a nice lady in maintenance and she promised me a call back today. It didnt happen and I told her it wont happen. Had a company fix bathroom floor and they had to remove the toilet to fix the floor. Once they finished the floor repair, they told me "oh sorry we dont reinstall the toilet. Why would tricon have such a vendor doing repairs for them. Save your time and rent from someone else.

::We filed the application on Friday night, took only less than 48 business hours......APPROVED. Dealt with one person the entire time, set the proper expectations up front....just like I like things to be, no surprises. Readying to move in, in weeks

::There was a house that we liked a lot so we went to go see it on a "self-tour." From the beginning I thought it was weird that we had to pay $2.00 to be able to view the house but went ahead and did it anyway. Well after we saw the house and decided we would like to apply, we tried to process the application online as instructed by the website but the site kept giving us error messages. We called the number for the company and waited 24 hours but didn't get a call back, this was Saturday. Fast forward to today, Monday. we finally get a call back, late in the afternoon saying that someone had just applied for the house. This was super annoying because that should have been us but because their website didn't work and they waited so long to call us back, someone else got the house we wanted. This company is horrible as far as communication goes. If the communication is this bad already, I could only imagine leasing a property for a whole year from them.
